The Pre-Conference Report includes the reports, recommendations, and proposed actions that will come before the Annual Conference.

Each year, these materials are shared in advance so members of the conference can review what will be presented, discern together, and come prepared to participate in the work of the conference. Some items are provided for information only, while others will require action during the session.
