Standing Rules (2025)
The Standing Rules provide the official framework for how the Río Texas Conference is structured and operates. They define leadership roles, outline the work of conference agencies, and establish the processes that guide the Annual Conference session and decision-making across the conference.
Standing Rules Report (2026)
The Standing Rules Report includes proposed revisions, updates, and clarifications to the Standing Rules. This report is presented to the Annual Conference for consideration and action, helping ensure that our structure and processes remain effective, relevant, and aligned with our mission.
