Lydia Patterson Institute Director of Development
/Lydia Patterson Institute (LPI) is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven fundraising professional to grow major gifts, United Methodist Church relationships, strategic partnerships, and long-term philanthropic support. LPI operates on an annual budget of approximately $2 million and depends significantly on charitable giving.
The Director plays a central role in helping LPI meet and exceed that goal while also developing future-year commitments, multi-year support, planned gifts, and long-term philanthropic growth. This position is focused on cultivation, solicitation, relationship-building, and fundraising growth.
