Director of Youth Ministry

First Houston United Methodist Church is seeking a Director of Youth Ministry.

The Director of Youth Ministry provides strategic, relational, and spiritual leadership for students in grades 6–12, equipping them to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ. The Director will lead a dynamic and spirit led youth ministry, increasing active engagement from 1 multi-age Sunday School to 3 age specific groups in three years. This role builds bridges between students, families, and the larger congregation through intentional discipleship, service, and community engagement.
