The function of the Transforming Communities Vision Team is to equip, educate and support congregations around areas of mission, The Advance, specific ethnic concerns, and justice issues. The membership of the team comprises of two people focused on each board:

• Board of Global Ministries

• Board of Church & Society

• Board of Native American Ministries

• The Advance Program

• Criminal Justice and Mercy Ministries

Membership also includes a Peace with Justice Coordinator and UMW members.
