Conference Room Reservation
If you need to reserve the Bishops' Room, Community Room, or Training Room, this form will allow you to reserve the room and also make arrangements for using Audio Visual Support and Zoom Meetings.
Safe to Install? Request
The Rio Texas Communications and Equipment Policy asks all staff to check with the communications department before installing any additional software on your conference issued computer. You can submit the information with this form.
Website Update Request
Our Squarespace website is designed so that you can add, edit, or delete your own content. We would be glad to train you. If you can't, or it is something complicated, tell us what you need.
