Info for Churches:
All adult participants must be Safe Gatherings-Certified.
Adult to youth ratio requirement by church is 1:8 with a minimum of 2 adults per church group.
If a church group includes male and female students, there must be both male and female leaders.
PAYMENTS/CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
Cancellations are not accepted after December 11th. You will be invoiced for all registrations. You may swap campers. Please contact the Registrar for assistance.
Refunds will not be made after December 11th.
Payment is by Check only, due by the start of camp.
You will be invoiced by the camp registrar. Please include a copy of your invoice with your church's check.
