The Anti-Racism and Equity Coalition at the last Annual Conference encouraged the Cabinet, Board of Ordained Ministry, and District Committees of Ordained Ministry members to participate in a training with Be The Bridge (BTB), an inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, and cultural competency course.

This training will be hosted at Laurel Heights UMC in San Antonio (227 W Woodlawn Ave, San Antonio, TX 78212) from November 28-30.

Daily Schedule:

Tuesday, 11/28 from 9AM – 5PM

Wednesday, 11/29 from 9AM – 5PM

Thursday, 11/30 from 9AM – 1:30PM

The goal for this three-day training is for participants to share, learn and be equipped to create better communities and processes around our shared ministry in the Conference.
