Church Planter Discernment Workshop
This two-day workshop helps participants sharpen their discernment questions around exploring a call to start a new church. Topics are designed to make each participant reflect on their own gifts and calling and seek guidance toward greater clarity and ask the question, ‘Do I have what it takes?’
The format places participants elbow to elbow with other aspiring church planters and encourages interaction-based learning.

SELF-REFLECTIVE ESSAY
Since this workshop is reflective in nature, it’s designed to help the participants “process as they go” through the material. Some length of time is given for participants to reflect and record their learnings. Please bring appropriate materials. All Rio Texas Conference Participants will meet with Rev. Karen Horan to discuss the essay and you will be reimbursed $50 after that meeting.

Registration Fee (online registration only which includes the $75 DiSC profile, lunch & snacks; no walk-ins)
o $150 before Oct 3, 2022
o After Oct 3, 2022 is $200.

Cancellation Policies
Griffith Coaching courses are dynamic events that combine classroom instruction with group activities. Therefore, each session has set a minimum number of participants to ensure a successful learning experience. Griffith Coaching reserves the right to cancel any session that does not reach the minimum number of participants four (4) weeks prior to the scheduled start date of the session and will notify all registered participants of the cancellation at that time. We encourage participants to plan their travel accordingly as Griffith Coaching is not responsible for reimbursement of travel expenses in the event a session is cancelled.
