2026 Rio Texas Annual Conference

Ministry groups and affiliated organizations wishing to reserve meeting space during Annual Conference must submit a meeting room request form. Rooms are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

To reserve a meeting room during Annual Conference, complete the 2026 Meeting Room Request Form.

Room request deadline: April 17, 2026

Please note: Due to scheduling and facility constraints, room assignments and setup may be adjusted as needed.

Catering Information

All food and beverage services at the Hilliard Center are provided exclusively by OVG Hospitality.

If your gathering includes food, you must contact OVG Hospitality directly after receiving your room assignment to finalize menu selections and arrange payment. After the 7-business-day deadline, an additional 25% rush production fee will be applied to guest count changes.

Menu selection deadline: May 8, 2026
Final guest count deadline: June 5, 2026 (by noon)
Minimum order: 25 guests

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in this city-owned facility.
