Annual Conference 2026 will be held at the Hilliard Center in Corpus Christi, TX. Below you will find information about hotel reservations, transportation, parking, and tax exemption forms.
Hotel Reservations – Rio Texas Room Block
The Rio Texas Conference has secured a room block at the Omni Corpus Christi Hotel for Annual Conference 2026.
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Reservations in the Rio Texas room block are available March 13 through May 29, 2026.
Rooms in the conference block are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The reservation system allows you to select multiple nights. After clicking the reservation link, choose your dates on the calendar and continue with the booking process.
Having trouble making a reservation?
If the reservation page opens without dates selected, follow these steps:
1. Click Make a Reservation.
2. Click Find Dates.
3. Select your dates on the calendar.
4. Click Book this Event.
5. Choose your room type.
6. Click View Rates, then Select.
Hotel Tax Exemption Information
Churches in Texas may qualify for certain tax exemptions when booking hotel rooms. Because multiple types of taxes apply to hotel stays, we recommend reviewing the guide below before completing the exemption forms.

This guide explains the different types of hotel taxes in Texas and what documentation may be required at check-in.
Step 2 – Bring These Forms to Hotel Check-In
If you plan to request tax exemption at the hotel, bring the following forms with you at check-in:
Hotels typically require printed copies of these forms along with proof of church business (such as a church ID badge, business card, or letter on church letterhead).

Conference Shuttle Transportation
Shuttle service will be available between the Omni Corpus Christi Hotel and the American Bank Center during Annual Conference.
Parking at the Hillard Center
Parking is available in the surrounding lots at the Hilliard Center during Annual Conference.
Volunteers from United Methodist Men across the Rio Texas Conference will assist with parking and offer golf cart rides from the parking areas to the venue entrances.
