Consent Agenda II
A consent agenda is a parliamentary tool used during Annual Conference sessions to organize routine or non-controversial business efficiently. Rather than discussing and voting on each item separately, related items are grouped together and presented for one single vote.
Items placed on a consent agenda have generally already been reviewed by conference boards, committees, or ministry teams. Any conference member may request that an item be removed from the consent agenda for separate discussion and consideration during the conference session.
The following items are included in Consent Agenda II for the Rio Texas Annual Conference. Members are encouraged to review these materials in advance in the Pre-Conference Reports (PCR) before conference action is taken.
Included items for Annual Conference 2026 (pending)
• Commission on Archives and History historic site designation request
These items will be presented together for conference action unless an item is requested for separate consideration.
