The new Rio Texas Mission Vitality Center was created to help equip the local church to reach the mission field. Members of the Center have been travelling around the Rio Texas Conference to talk to the districts about how, together, we can strengthen and revitalize out local churches.

Need additional volunteers to fill out your mission trip? Want to go but don’t know who you can join up with? The Hill Country District Mission Committee wants to be a connector between volunteers and unfilled teams. Let us know what you need.

A lay and clergy delegation, led by Bishop Jim Dorff was present on Jan. 25, at the National Cathedral in Washington D.C. when Christ set the banquet table and the Rev. Canon Gina Campbell served Communion to the people of God in both the United Methodist and Episcopal churches for the first time.
