Director of Children’s and Youth Ministeries

First United Methodist of Brady, Texas is seeking a full time Director of Children’s and Youth Ministeries. The focus of this position is to build meaningful relationships that foster spiritual growth with children, youth and their families. The director will provide leadership for all aspects of children and youth programming including spiritual formation, fellowship and misson.

Qualifications include the following:

1. A growing relationship with Christ

2. Understanding of Methodist policy, worship, and theology or the

willingness to learn.

3. Demonstrate an ability to plan, develop, coordinate, manage, and

implement a children and youth ministry.
