Director of Discipleship for Children & Youth

The UMC in Karnes City is looking for someone who is a devoted follower of Jesus, and filled with the Spirit, to create discipleship opportunities for our children (Kinder-5th) and our youth (6th-12th). We have a great core of children, youth, and adult servants and are looking to grow this ministry by reaching our community.

An average week would include 10 hours focused on children's ministry (Sunday School & Weekly After School Program), 10 hours on youth ministry (Confirmation, Sunday School, Youth Group). 10 hours for administrations/organization/training/equipping/etc, and 10 hours on outreach to the children and youth of our growing community.
