Maintenance Supervisor

Full Time Maintenance Supervisor needed at Northern Hills UMC, San Antonio, Texas. This position requires knowledge and skill in light, regular building maintenance to include plumbing and carpentry. The individual must be in good shape and able to lift and move heavy equipment and furniture on a regular basis. Basic computer skills are needed to monitor several pieces of equipment. Hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Several times a year a Saturday or Sunday will be required for special events. This job is 85% maintenance and 15% custodial.
