The Watershed in League City is seeking an entrepreneurial, creative, collaborative, and organizational leader who will provide spiritual and strategic direction for our children's ministry. The Director of Children's Discipleship will create, build, and lead an innovative Children's Ministry that brings God's Word to life and leads children into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through worship, study of God's Word, and service to the community with an emphasis on partnering with the whole family to raise children in the faith. Additionally, the Director will work to develop children into leaders for the church and the world and equip others to be in ministry with children. The ideal candidate will be adept at building a volunteer culture that recruits, trains, supports, encourages, and deploys volunteers.
