Vision Team Leaders Gather

On Saturday, February 22, members of the Vision Teams of the New RIo Texas Annual Conference gathered together to begin planning for the missional life of the conference.

Members and chairs of the Uniting Peoples, Transforming Communities, Vitalizing Congregations and Developing Leaders Vision Teams, met together to better understand the work ahead and plan for the coming year.

These Vision Teams will work with the Uniting Table and the staff of the Mission Vitality Center to assist the District Strategy Teams to build capacity in the local church and guide the overall mission and vision of the annual conference. All involved will work to equip the local church to reach the mission field and make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
