First UMC, Portland, TX is hiring a Director of Youth Ministries who is responsible for designing and leading ministry to grades 6-12 in our church and in the community, including spiritual formation, mission, and fellowship. This person will build meaningful relationships with youth and their families that foster growth in faith in Jesus Christ.
