Bonnie Bevers

Bonnie is a third-year seminary student at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary in Evanston, Illinois. She has worked in youth ministry for over ten years, and will continue her ministry in Texas upon graduation. She is also a Deacon candidate in the United Methodist Church. She has a passion for working with students, helping them find their voices, and helping them recognize the ways they will change the world.

Rev. Dr. Tanya Campen

Tanya is an ordained deacon in the United Methodist Church and currently serves as the Director of Intergenerational Discipleship for the Rio Texas Conference. Tanya holds a doctorate of philosophy in Christian education and congregational studies from Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary. She has 19 years of experience in the local church and two years at Discipleship Ministries. Tanya writes regularly on issues concerning children, families, and intergenerational ministry. Grounded in United Methodist theology, Tanya’s ministry seeks to help all persons discover and live in response to God’s grace and love. She believes creating safe spaces for ministry is the foundation to faithful and fruitful ministry.

Mark Mitchell

Mark Mitchell was born in Corpus Christi and baptized at FUMC Corpus Christi. He grew up in New England and returned to Texas upon graduation from college. Mark is blessed with a wife and two sons. In 1993 he purchased a business in Floresville, Texas and his family moved there. They joined Floresville UMC in ’95. Mark has served in several roles at Floresville UMC including VBS and working with the youth. Mark now serves as Lay Leader for Floresville UMC and for Las Misiones District. Mark also serves on the curriculum team for the Trusted Coalition.
