This one-day seminar introduces the concepts for adaptive leadership; including the ability to identify technical and adaptive challenges, the adaptive system of observing, interpreting and intervening. This resource-rich day offers peer group conversations using strategic case studies. Learn across faith communities for a new insight that will help us all re-frame our unique ministries.

Commit now to join a Peer Group of three or four other leaders to work on your personal case study following the seminar. Each person in the Peer Group will have an opportunity to share their adaptive challenge, receive feedback from peers and offer the same for others. Peer Groups will be facilitated by professional coaches as they meet once a month in September, October and November.
