Kingdom Kamp is staffed by volunteer lay and clergy adults. A genuine love of God and a love for God’s children is the most valuable asset. Most of the staff have personal or professional experience in working with persons who are developmentally challenged. Two full-time nurses supervise all medication and treatments.

Camper-to-staff ratio of three-to-one (or less) enables the staff to intentionally provide each camper with individual attention.
