The Lay Servant Ministries Basic Course is an introductory course designed to equip new leaders and renew current leaders including leaders within the congregation of a local church. 

It is the foundational course for the other leadership training courses. This course covers the three main categories of Lay Servant Ministries: Leading, Caring, and Communicating. It also covers Wesleyan heritage and the roles of leaders in and beyond the church.
