Bethany UMC is looking for a relational leader who loves students and wants to lead a large student ministry as we move into newly remodeled youth space and look to maximize our impact on students in our area. This leader will be able to cast their vision and lead a large ministry in a purposeful direction. They will be able to lead a staff and empower them to help students and their families know Jesus deeply and have their lives changed. The next Student Ministries Director will step into an exciting environment where we have been shifting our focus as a church towards personal discipleship for 2-3 years now. We want to see every person in the church is growing as a disciple of Jesus Christ, and we are looking for the right person to lead that effort in the lives of our students.
