Description: Director of Youth Ministries
First United Methodist Church in Arlington, TX is a congregation of 4000 located in central Arlington. The church is seeking an experienced director to lead students in Junior and Senior High into a deeper level of spirituality. The director will provide opportunities for students to demonstrate their faithfulness to God and the ministries of the church. The director will secure, lead, and train volunteers as well as supervise 2 assistants. The full time position will include implementing and leading ministries for Sunday morning, Sunday evening, Wednesday night, mission trips, and a full range of other special activities. The candidate must be knowledgeable and committed to the theology, polity, and practices of The United Methodist Church. Salary competitive. Job description will be sent to accepted candidates.
