The National Voluntary Organization Active in Disasters (NVOAD), through a grant received from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), has implemented a Disaster Case Management Program (DCMP) in Texas under a partnership with The United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) and the Rio Texas Conference. In addition to carrying out the Compliance functions of the NVOAD grant, the Reporting/Compliance Manager would also be responsible for all M&E activities of UMCOR at the Rio Texas Annual Conference. The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will be a member of the oversight team and primarily responsible for carrying out the monitoring and evaluation functions of the program. The Disaster Recovery Compliance Manager will report to the Disaster Recovery Director and work closely with
the state‐wide UMCOR M&E Manager to ensure the program goals and objectives are facilitated. This is a grant‐funded position and the duration of the position is determined by the grant and/or funding. The Reporting Compliance Manager must present a strong desire to serve others and the ability to perform all duties in support of the Conference ministry, the mission of the United Methodist Río Texas Conference and disaster recovery grantors.
